O-A, Inc. maintains a quality system that meets the requirements of AS9100 and ISO9002. O-A is committed to meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations by providing defect free product and services on time. O-A employs a system of continuous improvement to assist in achieving our quality goals. O-A's Quality Assurance Department is fully integrated into all other manufacturing business areas. Quality Assurance participates in all aspects of the manufacturing processes from contract review to shipping. O-A's Inspection Department is fully equipped with the measuring and test equipment necessary for verifying all manufactured items.
