CNC Milling
Five Matsuura vertical machining centers, two Makino horizontal machining center and four Fanuc Robo-drills give O-A the range of 5 to 30 horsepower. With 15 to 15000 rpm we can push a six inch milling cutter or drill holes as small as .0156. All CNC-milling machines have four-axis capability. Six, eight and twelve-inch rotary tables allow us to do four-axis work from 0.100 in. diameter to 16 in. diameter. With eight rotary tables, including two sets of twin tables, all machines can run four-axis work simultaneously. All rotary's can be sine plate mounted with two right angle heads and with four-axis control we can handle virtually any milling configuration. Whether it is close tolerance CNC, jig bore, or heavy milling in steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic or other composite material, we have the equipment to machine it.
